Mission Statement

Initially, this blog wasn't created for anyone else except me; I needed a space to release the thoughts that filled my head faster than I could process them. I needed a platform to articulate my dreams and goals into existence, to document some of the challenging lessons I learned along the way and ensure they were never forgotten.

During my upbringing, I wasn't inclined to verbally express my emotions, either because I didn't understand them or felt that no one else would. Uttering your emotions into existence makes them real, and that's a terrifying reality for many of us. Instead, we tend to suppress and bury our emotions so deeply within ourselves that we fail to recognize their control over us. Our subconscious holds power over us like puppeteers, and no one should have to live a life subjected to such influence. Much of my teenage years were spent being guided by my subconscious fears, leading me to repeatedly fall into the same negative patterns.

It took me years to reclaim ownership of my life and truly believe that I was in charge of my own destiny. Part of that journey involves taking a step back, identifying the aspects of your life that leave you unfulfilled, and declaring, "Enough is enough." If distancing yourself from certain individuals is necessary during your inner soul-searching, know that you possess the strength to do so. You must prioritize what is best for you, as it will contribute to your personal growth and resilience.

Understand your needs and communicate them effectively with those around you.

What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself.
— Abraham Maslow
You have to envision something that’s more powerful than you. Something has to get you out of bed; you have to create it.
— David Goggins

Sharing this blog is my way of extending a piece of myself to the world.

I hope this blog serves as a gentle guide on your journey toward becoming someone you can be genuinely proud of.

Take your time to rewire your mind, question your subconscious choices, and gradually reclaim control over the narrative of your life.

Take what you need from me and leave what you don’t. This is my gift to you.
